Users are allowed to: - Login to the system
- Change their password
- Perform Balance inquiries on one or all accounts
- Obtain Quick Statements in one or all accounts
- Obtain Extended Statements in one or all accounts
- Perform loan projection and obtain Amortization schedule
- Initiate a loan application
- Transfer funds from accounts
- Transfer funds between members
- Execute bill Payments
- Inquiry on the status of one or several requests
- Update Personal Information
- Request a Cheque withdrawal
- Logout
Managing Web Request
There are three (3) types of transactions that users can perform using GIA for CUMIS Plus: - Independent
- Dependant
- Delayed
Independent transactions are responded to immediately by GIA regardless of the status of the CUMIS Plus Application server. The following transactions are handled immediately: - Login to the system
- Change password
- Balance inquiries
- Quick Statements
- Inquiry on the status of request
- Loan Projection
- Logout
The following transaction types are handled immediately or delayed based upon the status of the CUMIS Plus Application Server and subject to the Institution’s global policy:
- Extended Statements
- Transfer funds
- Bill Payments
- Cheque Withdrawal
- Update Personal Information
The following transaction type is always subject to an approval process and therefore is always delayed: Members’ initiated web requests can be handled automatically and immediately, or be subjected to a review and approval process. The system determines the method of handling each request based upon the following factors: - The status of the CUMIS Plus server (online/offline)
- The global policy set by the system administrator
