Mrs. Marcia Moses


Marcia Moses is one of MSD Business Analyst who joined the MSD Team on January 1st 1996. She is responsible for Interfacing with the users of MSD’s products, assessing needs, gathering requirements and resolution adhering to the company policies for Support Services.

Marcia holds a Diploma in Printing with John S. Donaldson Technical Institute, She has Diploma 1 & 2 of ABE (Association of Business Executives) in Business Management and has completed the certificate level in Programming and Fundamentals with ACP (Association of Computer Professionals).

Marcia enjoys entertaining, photography and at times is consider MSD's cook.

Ms. Gail Griffith


Gail Griffith joined the MSD Team on April 22nd 2002 . She holds the position of Businesss Analyst assigned to the Customer Support Department. During Gail’s eight (8) year tenure at MSD she has been promoted from the post of Technical Support Representative to Technical Support Representative III before being promoted to Business Analyst. In this role she is primarily responsible for managing customer’s problem from logging through to resolution adhering to the company policies for Support Services among many other duties.

Gail enjoys adventorous activities such as hiking, cycling, running and aerobics

Gail is a member of the Institute of Administrative Management in the U.K and is currently pursuing Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Strategic Management with said institute.

Mr. Shawn Mills


Shawn Mills is one of MSD Bussiness Analyst assigned to the Customer Support Department. He joined the MSD team on August 2nd 2005 as a Technical Support Representative. During his five (5) year tenure he has contributed significantly to the Customer Support department.

As a Business Analyst he is primarily responsible for managing customer’s problem from logging through to resolution adhering to the company policies for Support Services. Also the monitoring of operational systems including Linux, Windows and use of appropriate software utilities. He also diagnoses problems and resolution on physical and logical faults relating to core infrastructure etc.
