Senior Business Analyst

Ms. Vashti Paul-Khan


Vashti Paul-Khan is MSD’s Senior Business Analyst. She is responsible for analyzing business issues and client’s challenges and providing solutions to remedy the client’s issues through to resolution adhering to the company policies for Support Services.

During her 12 year tenure at MSD Vashti worked as a Technical Support Representative from September 1998- June 2001. She was then promoted to Senior Quality Control Officer and worked in this position from July 2001 – December 2003. From January 2004 – June 2005 she served as a Business Analyst and was then promoted to Senior Business Analyst in July 2007 because of her continuously immense performance.

Prior to MSD Vashti has 15 years experience in the financial sector. Along with her experience Vashti has a sound educational background that compliments her experience. Presently she is in the process of completing the Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK.
 

Business Analyst

Mrs.  Marcia Moses


Marcia Moses is one of MSD Business Analyst who joined the MSD Team on January 1st 1996. She is responsible for Interfacing with the users of MSD’s products, assessing needs, gathering requirements and resolution adhering to the company policies for Support Services. 

Marcia holds a Diploma in Printing with John S. Donaldson Technical Institute, She has  Diploma 1 & 2 of ABE (Association of Business Executives) in Business Management and has completed the certificate level in Programming and Fundamentals with ACP (Association of Computer Professionals).

Marcia enjoys entertaining, photography and at times is consider MSD's cook.
 

Business Analyst

Ms. Gail Griffith

 
Gail Griffith joined the MSD Team on April 22nd 2002 . She holds the position of Businesss Analyst assigned to the Customer Support Department. During Gail’s eight (8) year tenure at MSD she has been promoted from the post of Technical Support Representative to Technical Support Representative III before being promoted to Business Analyst. In this role she is  primarily responsible for managing customer’s problem from logging through to resolution adhering to the company policies for Support Services among many other duties.

Gail enjoys  adventorous activities such as hiking, cycling, running and aerobics

Gail is a member of the Institute of Administrative Management in the U.K and is currently pursuing Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Strategic Management with said institute.
 

Business Analyst

Mr. Shawn Mills


Shawn Mills is one of MSD Bussiness Analyst assigned to the Customer Support Department. He joined the MSD team on August 2nd 2005 as a Technical Support Representative. During his five (5) year tenure he has contributed significantly to the Customer Support department.

As a Business Analyst he is primarily responsible for managing customer’s problem from logging through to resolution adhering to the company policies for Support Services. Also the monitoring of operational systems including Linux, Windows and use of appropriate software utilities. He also diagnoses problems and resolution on physical and logical faults relating to core infrastructure etc.
 

Technical Support Representative III

Mr. Ferdinand ‘Prince’ McIntosh Bsc. CIS


MSD’s TechnicalSupport Representative III Ferdinand McIntosh joined the MSD team on October 16th, 2008. Ferdinand has over twenty (20) years experience in the financial sector working in the field of Information Technology with a special emphasis in programming, data entry, networking and systems administration.

During his tenure at MSD he served in the Quality Control department and is currently serving at the Customer/Technical  Support Department.

Ferdinand hold a Bachelor’s of Science Degree (Lower Seconds) in Computing & Information Systems with with London Metropolitan University.

He is  a member of the board of directors of a credit union , secretary of the Patna/River Estate Community Council and a member of Restorers’ Enhancement Community Group.

He enjoys drama and public speaking.
 

Technical Support Representative II

Ms. Denecia Edmund Dip. CIS


Denecia Edmund is one of MSD’s Technical Service Representatives assigned to Customer Support department from December 14th 2009 to present. In this role she responds to customer’s queries and related problems. She is also responsible for developing training programs to assist customers in maximizing the benefits of the software products developed by MSD and installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Redhat Linux and MS Windows among other duties.

Denecia holds an Advanced Diploma in Computing and Information Systems with London Metropolitan University. She also holds a Diploma in Computing and Information Systems and is currently pursuing her final year of the BSc in Computing and Information Systems with Goldsmith University of London.
 

Senior IT Specialist

Mr. Warren Alexis BAIST


Warren Alexis is MSD’s Senior IT Specialist. Warren joined the MSD team on September 4th 2006. During his four (4) year tenure at MSD he served as a Technical Support Reprehensive, an IT Specialist and he has recently been promoted to the Senior IT Specialist assigned to the Customer Support department.

Warren holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering Technology and a Bachelor’s of Applied Information Systems Technology with a major in Network Management with the University of Trinidad and Tobago.
