Ms. Monica Sindy Ramdial Bsc. ISM (Hons), PgDip. Mgn’t

Monica Sindy Ramdial is the Office Manager at MSD. She joined MSD in March 8th, 2010 and heads the administrative department and is responsible for the marketing functions of MSD including advertising and sales. She is responsible for the management of events and contributes to the strategic growth of MSD’s products and services and is also responsible for establishing leads and generating revenue for the company.

Prior to MSD Monica worked as a Business Services Manager in the training and consultancy industry in particular professional development, project management and ITIL governance. She also worked in other privately owned organizations. She has eight (8) plus years in management.

Monica holds eight (8) British Diplomas in various aspects of Management, Information Systems and Social Psychology with distinctions and credits. She also acquired a Bachelor’s of Science Honors Degree in Management and Information Systems with the University of London and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Monica is currently pursuing final year of the Henley Management College/ University of Reading MBA in General Management. Monica is also certified in web development and SharePoint. She is in constant pursuit of professional development and has done numerous professional development courses to complement her management position, academics and experience.

Mrs. Cheryl Ann Joseph -Wallace

Cheryl Ann Joseph Wallace joined MSD on October 1st 2008 and holds the title of Administrative Officer. She is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of MSD and brings with her twenty five (25) plus years of experience in the Secretarial/Administrative Professional field.

Prior to MSD Cheryl Ann worked in various Government Offices throughout Trinidad and Tobago.

She is qualified in Advanced Practical Accounting with the School of Practical Accounting and Accounting Services. She is CAT and MOUS Certified, has a sound educational background in administration and has developed effective organizational skills and behaviors.

Ms. Crystal Byng

Crystal Byng is MSD’s Administrative Assistant. She joined the company on October 30th, 2008 and is responsible for administrative support services and receptionist duties.

Crystal is a fun loving people person, skilled in business etiquette and is always willing of be of assistance to staff, clients and partners.

Ms. Vashti Paul-Khan

Vashti Paul-Khan is MSD’s Senior Business Analyst. She is responsible for analyzing business issues and client’s challenges and providing solutions to remedy the client’s issues through to resolution adhering to the company policies for Support Services.

During her 12 year tenure at MSD Vashti worked as a Technical Support Representative from September 1998- June 2001. She was then promoted to Senior Quality Control Officer and worked in this position from July 2001 – December 2003. From January 2004 – June 2005 she served as a Business Analyst and was then promoted to Senior Business Analyst in July 2007 because of her continuously immense performance.

Prior to MSD Vashti has 15 years experience in the financial sector. Along with her experience Vashti has a sound educational background that compliments her experience. Presently she is in the process of completing the Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK.

Mrs.  Marcia Moses

Marcia Moses is one of MSD Business Analyst who joined the MSD Team on January 1st 1996. She is responsible for Interfacing with the users of MSD’s products, assessing needs, gathering requirements and resolution adhering to the company policies for Support Services. 

Marcia holds a Diploma in Printing with John S. Donaldson Technical Institute, She has  Diploma 1 & 2 of ABE (Association of Business Executives) in Business Management and has completed the certificate level in Programming and Fundamentals with ACP (Association of Computer Professionals).

Marcia enjoys entertaining, photography and at times is consider MSD's cook.

Ms. Gail Griffith

 
Gail Griffith joined the MSD Team on April 22nd 2002 . She holds the position of Businesss Analyst assigned to the Customer Support Department. During Gail’s eight (8) year tenure at MSD she has been promoted from the post of Technical Support Representative to Technical Support Representative III before being promoted to Business Analyst. In this role she is  primarily responsible for managing customer’s problem from logging through to resolution adhering to the company policies for Support Services among many other duties.

Gail enjoys  adventorous activities such as hiking, cycling, running and aerobics

Gail is a member of the Institute of Administrative Management in the U.K and is currently pursuing Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Strategic Management with said institute.

Mr. Shawn Mills

Shawn Mills is one of MSD Bussiness Analyst assigned to the Customer Support Department. He joined the MSD team on August 2nd 2005 as a Technical Support Representative. During his five (5) year tenure he has contributed significantly to the Customer Support department.

As a Business Analyst he is primarily responsible for managing customer’s problem from logging through to resolution adhering to the company policies for Support Services. Also the monitoring of operational systems including Linux, Windows and use of appropriate software utilities. He also diagnoses problems and resolution on physical and logical faults relating to core infrastructure etc.

Mr. Ferdinand ‘Prince’ McIntosh Bsc. CIS

MSD’s TechnicalSupport Representative III Ferdinand McIntosh joined the MSD team on October 16th, 2008. Ferdinand has over twenty (20) years experience in the financial sector working in the field of Information Technology with a special emphasis in programming, data entry, networking and systems administration.

During his tenure at MSD he served in the Quality Control department and is currently serving at the Customer/Technical  Support Department.

Ferdinand hold a Bachelor’s of Science Degree (Lower Seconds) in Computing & Information Systems with with London Metropolitan University.

He is  a member of the board of directors of a credit union , secretary of the Patna/River Estate Community Council and a member of Restorers’ Enhancement Community Group.

He enjoys drama and public speaking.

Ms. Denecia Edmund Dip. CIS

Denecia Edmund is one of MSD’s Technical Service Representatives assigned to Customer Support department from December 14th 2009 to present. In this role she responds to customer’s queries and related problems. She is also responsible for developing training programs to assist customers in maximizing the benefits of the software products developed by MSD and installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Redhat Linux and MS Windows among other duties.

Denecia holds an Advanced Diploma in Computing and Information Systems with London Metropolitan University. She also holds a Diploma in Computing and Information Systems and is currently pursuing her final year of the BSc in Computing and Information Systems with Goldsmith University of London.

Mr. Warren Alexis BAIST

Warren Alexis is MSD’s Senior IT Specialist. Warren joined the MSD team on September 4th 2006. During his four (4) year tenure at MSD he served as a Technical Support Reprehensive, an IT Specialist and he has recently been promoted to the Senior IT Specialist assigned to the Customer Support department.

Warren holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering Technology and a Bachelor’s of Applied Information Systems Technology with a major in Network Management with the University of Trinidad and Tobago.

Mrs. Patrice Bobb- Semple

Partice Bobb-Semple joined the MSD team on September 3rd, 1997 and is currently serving as MSD’s Business Analyst.  In this role she is responsible for documentation of MSD various software products, Manuals, Step-by-Step Guides and training handouts. She is also responsible for documentation relating to faults / resolutions and supporting material including production of management and customer reports.

During her thirteen (13) year tenure at MSD she served as an Administrative Assistant from 1997 – 2000, a Technical Support Representative 2000 – 2008, a Business Analyst from 2008-2009 and from 2009 to present as a Documentation Business Analyst.

She is a results-driven professional with notable success in directing training, documentation, application testing and implementation.

Patrice is a certified Accounting Technician with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a certificate in Events Management with Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business.

Mrs. Yvette Bobb

Yvette joined the MSD team on July 10th 2000. She is MSD’s Senior Business Analyst assigned to the Quality Control department and is also the head of the Quality Control Department. Yvette is responsible for the effective running of Quality Control and her primary role is to ensure proper validation, verification and functionality testing of all modules, utilities, programs etc developed by the Technical Department before releasing to the customer.

During her ten (10) years tenure she worked at various positions in the Customer Support department before moving to Quality Control as a Business Analyst from July 1st 2008- June 2010. She has recently been promoted to Senior Business Analyst from July 1st 2010 to present for her hard work and dedication to MSD.

Yvette is in the process of completing final exams for the Diploma in Financial Management (DipFM) with Association of Charted Certified Accountants.

 

Mrs. Lesley Hanson

Lesley Hanson joined the MSD team on July 1st 2004 and is assigned the job portfolio of Quality Control Officer II.

During her six (6) year tenure she served in the Customer Support department before moving to the Quality Control department. As a Quality Control Officer II she performs validation, verification and functionality testing of all modules, utilities, programs etc and ensures that the modules, utilities, programs etc tested are in compliance with the system specifications received from the Customer or other departments. She submits recommendations for enhancement of MSD products among other duties

Lesley holds an Associate Degree in Business Management with a major in Accounting with COSTAATT- College of Science, Technology & Applied Arts of Trinidad & Tobago.

Ms. Nicole Hernandez

Nicole joined the MSD team on June 20th, 2006. As a Quality Control Officer II Nicole is responsible for validation, verification and functionality testing of all modules, utilities, programs etc and ensures that the modules, utilities, programs etc tested are in compliance with the system specifications received from the Customer or other departments. She submits recommendations for enhancement of MSD products among other duties.     

During her four (4) year tenure she worked as an Administration Assistant who was then assigned to the Quality Control department as a Quality Control Officer I. On July 1st 2010 she has been promoted to Quality Control Officer II.

Nicole holds Diploma 1 & 2 of ABE (Association of Business Executives) in Business Management. She is also A+ and MOUS Certified and qualified in Advanced Practical Accounting with the School of Practical Accounting and Accounting Services. She is currently pursuing Net+ Certification and several management courses.

Nicole represents MSD in various sporting events.

Ms. Kern John

Kern John joined the MSD team on April 1st 2008 as a Quality Control Officer I. In this role she performs validation, verification and functionality testing of all modules, utilities, programs etc and ensures that the modules, utilities, programs etc tested are in compliance with the system specifications received from the Customer or other departments among other duties.

She is qualified in Advanced Practical Accounting with the School of Practical Accounting and Accounting Services.

Mr. Kevin Branche

Kevin Branche joined the MSD team on November 25th, 2010. As one of MSD’s Quality Control Officer assigned to the Quality Control Department he performs validation, verification and functionality testing of all modules, utilities, programs etc. He also ensures that the modules, utilities, programs etc tested are in compliance with the system specifications received from the Customer or other departments among other duties.

Kevin is currently pursuing her final year of the BSc in Computing and Information Systems with Goldsmith University of London.

Mr. Timothy Crandon

Timothy Cardon is one of MSD’s Programmers.  He is primarily responsible for the development and enhancement of MSD’s new and existing software solutions. He is also responsible for developing products in various environments such as Windows and Linux using existing product source codes, debugging and modifying all MSD’s Software packages among many others duties. Timothy is highly skilled in writing programs using numerous programming languages.

Timothy hold a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Computing (Software Systems Emphasis), with a minor in Mathematics with the University of Southern Caribbean. He also has a Diploma in Banking and Finance with the University of Guyana. 

Mr. Jean-Paul Haqq

Jean-Paul Haqq is one of MSD’s programmer who joined the MSD team in 2007. During his tenure three (3) year tenure he worked as a programmer.

Jean-Paul Haqqis contributes to the development and enhancement of MSD’s Software solutions Web interface. He is responsible for developing products in various environments such as Windows and Linux using existing product source codes, debugging and modifying all MSD’s Software packages among many others duties.

He is presently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science at The University of the West Indies.

He enjoys football and skateboarding.

Mr. Keelan Hunte

 
Keelan Hunte joined the MSD team in 2002. During his eight (8) year tenure at MSD he served as and holds a broad job portfolio as a Programmer and also a Web Developer.

Keelan's primary responsibility includes providing services to build and maintain MSD’s website. As MSD’s Web Developer he works on the server side development, web server configuration, and web server security. As a programmer, he also contributes to the development and enhancement of MSD’s Software solutions Web interface.

He is currently completing a Bsc. Double Major in Computer Science at The University of the West Indies.
 
He enjoys playing chess, listening to music and watching anime.
